The 1903 is the premium option. From £54.99 pre-booked, £65 on the door, adults only, with a two-hour window that includes freshly prepared food from in-house chefs, champagne, and runway views. The dress code is smart casual, and it is enforced: sports kits, football shirts, and hen or stag attire will be turned away at the door. Groups of more than six are not admitted. Aspire Lounge (Terminal 2)
A comfortable mid-tier option that accepts Priority Pass, DragonPass, and most major lounge membership cards. Food and drinks are included, the setting is relaxed, and it’s a sensible choice for cardholders who want to use an existing membership rather than pay separately. Pre-booking is recommended, as demand has risen noticeably since Terminal 2 absorbed most of the airport’s airlines.
Escape Lounge (Terminal 3)
Reserved for Terminal 3 passengers, which in practice means Ryanair travellers. It is smaller than the Terminal 2 version but maintains the same food and drink standards. If you’re flying Ryanair and the departure lounge does not appeal, it’s worth booking.

How to get to Manchester Airport
Nine miles south-west of Manchester city centre, off Junction 5 of the M56. Postcode: M90 1QX. From the M60, take the M56 southbound. From the M6, join at Junction 19.
By road, journey times depend entirely on when you travel. A 06:00 departure from the city centre is typically 20 to 30 minutes. A Friday evening departure at 18:00 is a different experience, and the M56 will remind you of that.

Can I use the fast track at Manchester Airport with a pushchair or pram?
No. Pushchairs, prams, and car seats are not permitted in the Security Fast Track lane, so that you will be redirected to the standard lane or the assistance route.
